I'm sorry it took so long to respond.
This is what i got so far, went and bought a external usb/sata device i mounted the hdd on my other laptop opened diskmgmt.msc and i get

Initialize Disk

it show's the "problematic hdd" i get 2 options
A>MBR (Master Boot Record)
B>GPT (GUID Partition Table)

what ever i choose i get the following

data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Even with a chkdsk x: /f

it tells me that Cannot open volume for direct access.

even if i try to <diskpart> it doesant show the hdd, in diskmgmt.msc it show's as a Disk 1 (red down arrow) its showing as a 931,51 GB unallocated.

I did manage a windows 10 <usb scandisk 8gb> boot from "problematic laptop + hdd> i did try a repair windows, went advanced, startup repair, but without any luck.

Currently trying something called minitool partition wizard, trying a Partition Recovery wizard.
I have no idea if this is going to work.

Btw : could need a detailed "tutorial" of hiren boot cd bt how to use it in my situation.
