I have an Asus laptop got up and using for random things here and there. Yesterday while I left the room one of the kids was playing on it and accidentally slammed the top monitor part of the laptop down too hard on the keyboard area. Now when I start it up I get a blank blue string with nothing else and sometimes it ends up going to the utility screen where you can check your boot order and things of that nature. I'm just wondering if there's any suggestions on how to fix this because it will not do anything else besides show the Asus logo and then the blank blue screen.
