Question Asus laptop can't connect to my internet wifi

Other devices, like my windows surface and my cell phone are able to connect to the wifi, and I can see other networks on my wifi as well. The ethernet cable connects just fine, and I've followed several internet tutorials in how to connect my wifi

On your Asus laptop run "ipconf /all" via the Command Prompt and post the results.

Also ensure that only one network adapter - either wired or wireless as you desire - is enabled.

Not both adapters at the same time.

Make and model router?

When I enter ipconf /all into the command prompt it returns " 'ip conf' is not a recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file."
I have disabled the wired network adapter and then disabled/reenabled the wireless adapter, no difference
The router is from xfinity model XB7-T
