Asus laptop charging problems.

I have an Asus A53E laptop and its having trouble charging. It will only charge when the wire is turned in a certain way. I have bought a new charger, and the same problem remains so I believe the problem may be with the port inside the laptop.

Anyone got any ideas on what the problem is and how to solve it?

Get a new port and solder it to the motherboard.

It's up to you if you want to do it by yourself or go to a laptop repair store to do it for you.
