[SOLVED] ASUS Laptop display issue

Hi Guys

Looking for some advice, I have a ASUS TUF Gaming laptop and have noticed that I have these 2 white marks on the display. I thought they were just dirt but they wont clean off the display. Any ideas what the problem could be?

They look like scuff marks to me.
