So today I got the blue screen and I tried to fix it but I ended giving up so I tried to restore. After it was done it was on the Asus loading screen I have it time but the it went to the blue screen again. It would then sound like it would turn off but turn back on to go back to the load screen. Now I'm feeling like I lost all my stuff for nothing. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I could solve it?

Hi there MankeyDLewfy,

What does the BSOD say? BSODs could be caused by multiple things.
How did you try to fix it? So you have tried to restore it to a previous point right?

I believe this first thing you may want to start with is to see whether you will be able to recovery your data. You will need to use some data recovery tool for DOS mode. You can boot up(don't install) it Ubuntu from a CD or a flash drive and see if the drive would be accessible: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/267999-32-recover-data-mode
After that, you can use some HDD testing tool for DOS mode and check the drive's health out.

Is the laptop under warranty?

Let me know how this goes,
