Asus Laptop Shutting off randomly

My Asus laptop shuts down randomly, I'm a student and ill be working on a paper in Word, or watching Netflix and it just shuts off, I have no clue what to do about it. I've had my laptop since August of 2017 and it needs to be fixed.

Any blue screens? Try doing a virus, memory scan

The issue is in your battery. Probably your battery might have lost power,contact asus support and ask them to replace your laptop battery.

If it's not your battery, it might be a short somewhere, or your CPU could be overheating. Being a laptop, overheating is not only possible, but probable. Make sure you are only using your laptop on a hard, flat surface and not on a soft surface like a sofa, bed or on your lap.

In the future, please provide exact model.

COuld still be the battery, its under warranty, call ASUS.

I have had the similar problem now it only works in the safe mode. Whatever command I gave him it shuts down.
