Hey everyone.
mom really hoping I can get an answer. I’ve been researching my issue and all solutions seem to provide no fix.
so I have a laptop that at one point in its life worked fine. At some point it developed an issue that means upon startup and from OS startup through login and use there is constant stutter / latency issues.
the best way I can describe this is that when I move the mouse pad it will move, stop and then another second or so move again which is very frustrating.
This seems to be the case for applications also and I cannot determine why.
mid it helps running in safe mode the laptop works with no stutter at all which leads me to think it’s software but I don’t have any justification on why that would be.
anything you can think or know of that causes this? And a fix?
its currently being factory reset so will be a fresh system once done and I’ll confirm still the case as was before when tried.
