[SOLVED] Asus laptop - Taskbar and bottom 30% of screen vibrates every few second

Hi everyone!

Been having this issue recently with my laptop, tried reinstalling the drivers and even after reformatting its still there. Anyone ever encountered his? Is it a hardware issue?

if u tryed drivers then its indeed hardware issue
that can be from gpu, lvds cable or display itself
