ASUS laptop X551 Series with touchscreen will not turn on, please help

Went to bed last night after using the laptop and when I woke up this morning I discovered it had no charging light and would not turn on. What do I do to fix this?

is it still under warranty? try this. remove main laptop battery, disconnect power adapter from laptop, hold down power button for 20 count, reinstall main battery, reconnect power adapter to laptop & turn on the laptop.

I'm having the same problem but the bottom is one piece and the battery can't be removed like that.
