Asus m.2 ssd question

I have a g752vl Asus laptop. It was somewhat working ok but tends to restart. I was going to reinstall Windows 10 and noticed the bios was quite old, so I updated to the newest bios and now my m.2 sad boot is unacessable..I tried reinstalling Windows with only the m.2 sad connected and it doesn't show so I can't install...it worked before I changed the bios.....any ideas on how to make my m.2ssd useable as a boot drive again?

Not sad =ssd ...sidenote when i used the m.2 as the boot disk for restart from bios, have me the blue screen saying boot disk unacessable.....
