ASUS M11AD Wake Problem. Tries to start 3 times then full Restarts. Any ideas?

My ASUS M11AD i7 4770S PC is having an issue waking from suspend/sleep

It goes to sleep, then I hit a key and it "false starts" THREE times. I think there are 2 false "wakes", then a shutdown, then a fresh boot that goes through ROG splash and I get the "windows did not shutdown properly" screen.

This happens in both Windows and Linux on separate HDDs so it's not an OS problem.

I had this problem once and it turned out to be the power supply. I'm not gonna swear you have the exact same issue, but if you have a spare you can test with I would give that a shot.

I may also try going bare bones and seeing what happens.
