Asus M2N-MX SE Plus and Gigabyte HD4650 1G

I have problem of constant lagging and sometimes freezing on 3 sec. when playing a videos on youtube or playing games on facebook. Also similar issues had my sister with playing Civ 5.

Configuration:

AMD Athlon64 x2 5200+
RAM DDR2 800 2G
Gigabyte GV-R4650C-1GI
Asus M2N-MX SE Plus
Windows XP Professional

Also onboard graphic is disabled, flash player and all drivers are updated. There's nothing more except these parts and this happened with two different instalations on two different HDisks. Thanks in advance.

do you remember installing,uninstalling or making any changes just before the problem started?
what did you mean by 2 different installations on 2 different hdd s...did you mean 2 different computers?
the browser thing must be due to hardware accelerated flash scripts...try updating your browser and flash player...alternatively you can also disable hardware acceleration.
also monitor temps to check if it is not caused due to overheating.
