Asus m2n68-am se2 (Verses) Gabyte GA-M68mt-s2p

Hi friends,

My PC Specs:
AMD phenom iix4 955 processor.
Asus m2n68-am se2 motherboard
4 GB ddr2 ram (800mhz)
Geforce 1030 OC edition 2GB MSI Graphic card
120 GB adata SSD.
160 GB IDE HDD,
Cosrair VS 450 PSU.

I have got another Gigabyte GA-M68mt-s2p Motherboard in spare, your kind suggestions are required regarding changing the ASUS mobo with that of Gigabyte or keep the existing one as it is..
And also suggest me, which ram is suitable for the Gigabyte motherboard.

The Gigabyte GA-M68mt might be better since it's newer and has more features. The motherboard supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules, so you'll need new ram for it to work, like this
