Asus M32 Series Question

So, about one year ago I purchased an Asus M32 Series desktop. I have been able to participate in casual games such as CSGO but not any games much more graphically intense. I have always wanted to be able to play games like GTA 5 but couldn't. So my question is, can I upgrade or install a new graphics card in my build and if so what other parts should I upgrade to support that new graphics card and eventually be able to play those games? Need to know the PSU in the system, look at the amps and voltage rating on it that will determine what video card you can use.

It also would be helpful to know full system specs, video card in it now, CPU, RAM amount, etc..
