Asus M32AD Max upgrades

I have an ASUS M32AD-US005T Desktop. Looking to open this computer up to gaming a little more. Moneys not an issue. Any ideas on what to put in? Not looking to build new computer, just want to upgrade what I have.

Replace the power supply and GPU and you should be good to go.

I wouldn't mind $400-$600 for something nice. Also looking to upgrade ram while i am here. I know it wont help a lot, but if i am gonna spend the money why not look into it.
