Asus M32CD or self build

I am considering purchasing the Asus M32CD desktop (core I5, 8GB ram, 1 TB HDD. Price is 429.
If I do a self build it will be close to that price as well. Also, for the self build I already have my own 450w psu, and a 1 TB HDD with windows 10 already installed, and a Nvidia GT 730 2gb DDR3 card. My question is will the Asus quality and ability to upgrade be as good as a self build??

Also, the pc will be primarily used for heavy office work. (multiple browser tabs open, excel sheets, email etc.
