ASUS M32CD4-K bios update .cap file

I have a ASUS M32CD4-K and I wanted to update the bios due to my new RTX 2070 performing as good or weaker than my previous gtx 970.

I downloaded the .Cap file from asus's website and put it on a usb stick but Ezflash does not read the .cap file so I am unable to update my bios.

Any idea how I could update my bios? Thank you
