Asus M3A78-T mother board and Bios

I have this mother board for a while, yesterday I started having issue with Windows 10 startup, so decided to repair using windows 10 Bootable recovery disk.
I created the disk on USB but could not see USB as a choice in boot-up sequence in start up utility/Bios.
I know had this choice before.
After that I did update the Bios. it was the same version as before and this is the latest Bios.
The bios s Version 2001, 2011/02/21

Anyone experience this before ?
How can I fix this so I can boot from USB ?

Have you tried different ports? And to the previous point, what problems are you having with startup? Can you still get into Windows?

I did tried different ports( all the ports) No change
Windows do not load, there is bad sector on the hard drive, which prevent window from loading. I created a recovery USB drive and I am trying to activate that, but in the booting process, the bios will not recognize the USB drive.
