Question ASUS M4A89GTD PRO (Power Supply) question

Hi, I recently got a ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AMD 890GX Motherboard Socket AM3 with AMD PHENOM II X4 955 and was wondering if I can get away by using an older power supply I have which is 300Watts. I will be using the on board ATI Radeon HD 4290 graphics. 1 4gb DDR3 and 1 8GB DDR3 RAM sticks, an HDD and 2-3 fans, No Optical Drive

Power Supply is BESTEC ATX-300-12Z

The Bestec is close to 'junk' status when it was new. Using an old one is not something I can see anyone here recommending. If you need a cost effective PSU that's reliable, the Corsair CX450 is the goto model. A CX550 would give you a bit more future upgrade options.
