I've been burning my brains out in the past couple of months now, my computer is behaving very oddly and throwing all sorts of errors every damn day, so I'll try to give as much details as I can:
My specs are:
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
AMD Phenom X4 820
Zotac GTX 560 Amp Edition
2x4gb Kingston Hyper-X Fury DDR3 1600 CL10,10,10
Huntkey 500W PSU
I'm not gonna list my HDD here, since I've tested on like 4 different hard drives, I've been doing test mainly on my backup Seagate Momentus XT 500Gb
-Recently did a fresh clean install of Win10, tested with both with AMD SB890 drivers or W10 stock drivers, lastest NVIDIA Drivers, DirectX, .Net Framework, and MSi Afterburner w/ Rivatuner Statistics OCD, nothing else installed (although the system seemed somewhat stable-ish without the lastest 1511 build, for the record)
-Getting a bunch of BSODs every now and then on previous windows installations (made a clean install several times, mind you), the common ones are (as far as I remember)
irql_not_less_or_equal
kmode_exception_not_handled
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
some are related to ntoskrnl.exe
Those are the most common ones as far as I can remember now, since I've made a clean install about 4 hours ago, but I didn't get any BSOD so far, but I'm asking because it happens on EVERY CLEAN installation of the OS, so it is bound to happen again sometime.
-Constant freezing. No matter if the computer is idle, or on heavy load playing games
-The same goes for random reboots.
-When I boot my computer for the first time I get the aforementioned problems, locks up before BIOS screen, or on BIOS screen, or Windows loading screen too, then after some turning off or hard reseting, it boots up fine and then the maddness starts!
-Generally on my first cold boot, the BIOS won't recognize one of my RAM sticks, but after a hard reset or two, it shows up the right ammount of RAM just fine
-Sometimes my computer can run 24/7 without a single hitch, last week I leaved it on for 3 days straight, played some hardware demanding games (Dragon Age Inquisition, Fallout 4, Witcher 3) playing for hours and hours
I've done a LOT of troubleshooting, basicaly every day since January lol, here's what I've done so far:
-Multiple clean installs
-Switched to different HDDs
-Unassembled the entire machine, assembled again checking if it is tight enough on the case
-Unassembled the entire machine, mounted over a cardboard box, everything seemed OK, but I canoot confirm anything since I've only ran it for about 40mins
-Switched RAM slots to every possible combination
-Re-applyed thermal pastes
-Checked temps, seems ok so far (It's summer here, the ambient temp is very hot during the day) Processor maxing out at 58ºC, VGA at 78ºC. Some days do tend to get a little colder here, and I've got better temps than that, ended with the same result as always
-Removed my video card, and booted a clean install running only the onboard graphics card
-Checked all PSU cables, Capacitors, did a good inspection on the motherboard, everything seems normal
Ran OCCT, got some fluctuations on 5V (about 0,3v-0.5v) 12V about the same, other voltages seemed OK too, Vcore was steady too
-Running OCCT for 1h or more, does not give any CPU errors of any kind
-No overcloking/underclocking
-Tested at various RAM speeds, 1333, 1600, 1800, 1866 and even 2000
-Tested at stock timings of CL9 @ 1333 / CL10 @1600 and CL11@1800/1866
-RAM voltages forced to 1.5v according to JEDEC (If I don't force it, the mobo just throws 1.65v according to BIOS)
-Did both MEMTest and Windows Memory Diagnostic tools, passed on every single test for multiple times
-Checked CPU for bent or dirty pins
-Replaced CMOS battery
-Did a clear RTC without any source of energy connected
Did all of the above (possibly other things that I don't quite remember now), ending the same way.
I am a little suspicious about my PSU, since it's quite old, maybe it's not giving me enough power to run the system, but I did get problems even when I removed my video card, but I don't have any other PSU for spare here.
Well, any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
Best regards
Update 1: some pictures of my BIOS screen, if it helps.

Update 2: switched RAM from dual Channel mode to single channel, with both sticks. Computer ran fine on every boot, no bsod or restarts when playing games. Now I've switched back to dual channel and 5min later, the damn thing restarted
