ASUS M4A89GTD Pro USB3

On boot I get the logo screen and during post the message JMicron detecting drives; Done; no drives found and then NTLDR is missing. I cannot boot to safe mode and no drives are functional. I have gone thru the BIOS and every thing is set to default the same as originally.
