My Ethernet cable isn't working, it says that the cable isn't plugged in even though it is, I have been using wireless since the start i have also updated all my LAN drivers and its still not working please help.

If the wired network adapter is shown without errors in Device Manager, try a new, high-quality ethernet cable.
