Asus m5a78l and sempron 145 problem. (Black screen and flashing power light)

I bought a asus m5a78l and a Fx 6100. Didnt work. So i bought a sempron 145 to update the motherboard. But the screen is still wont work (Black screen flashing monitor power light)
Please dont tell me to Clean my ram stick.

this means your monitor do not receive any video signal from the system did you have the os install on a drive with the motherboard driver that came with her ?

No. The motherboard didn't come with nothing but an instruction disk and paper. Also idk if theres an os on the hard drive. but id at least get a boot screen. but i get nothing.
