Asus M5A78L-m LX3 Update?

I am a noob first of all , my question is where can i or how to update my motherboard : Asus M5A78L-m LX3 , can someone provide me with a link for the latest update for my motheboard( Asus M5A78L-m LX3 ) i tried finding it but no luck , maybe im retarded who knows.

Appreaciate alot if u help me , also i would like a BIOS update which i installed trough windows ( .exe file) not flashing with usb.

CPU : FX 8320
RAM : 8 GB 2x4 GoodRam 1600MHz
HDD: WD 250GB SATA HDD + O.S. Windows 7 64bit

I Found this but the files are .rom how can i install them i dont wanna flash bios update cuz im gonna break something for sure 😛

The 125W refers to the Thermal Design Power (TDP).

The Thermal Design Power (TDP) is the average maximum power a processor can dissipate while running commercially available software. TDP is primarily used as a guideline for manufacturers of thermal solutions (heatsinks/fans, etc) which tells them how much heat their solution should dissipate.

Your motherboard does not support AMD FX CPUs with a (TDP) higher than 95 watts. The FX-8320 is not supported. See the "CPU Support" Tab in your link for a list of supported processors.

It works it says its not supported but it just works i just press F1 on boot and everything is working without problems.
