I have been browsing this forum for well over an hour but I can't seem to find how exactly to install windows 10 onto this board. Is it just like installing the OS on any other board, or do I need to do something else first? I read somewhere that I need to install AMD chipset drivers to get it to work. I'm a little confused any help would be appreciated.

Also yes I know, why am I using this board in 2019? My friend wanted me to piece together the absolute cheapest build I could for him

Solution
Win10 shouldn't need anything special to install to that motherboard that I recall but that's not saying it will support the latest version.

What issue are you having?
It should be as simple as booting from your installation media and following the prompts.
Chipset drivers won't be needed until after windows loads

Thanks for getting back to me. I ordered the motherboard the other day and I have yet to receive it. It's coming on Friday, but I wanted to know whether I should cancel the order or not.
So essentially what you're saying is that the motherboard will boot with windows 10 but it will need the chipset drivers to remain stable?

I can't say how stable that motherbod will be or if it will support the latest version of win10. Chipset drivers may or may not be needed. If you do need or want them then you install them after windows is loaded.

I do have an older build of win10 running on a Biostar 760g chipset motherboard (Same chipset as your Asus) stably with no additional drivers at all. It is not used for gaming or anything very demanding though. Mostly web browsing & watching youtube videos when grandkids are over and I use it to boot DOS and update firmware for things that can't be done under windows.

The PC will only be used for light gaming so from what you're saying if I can get windows 10 to load it should be stable enough. If its not stable or doesn't work I'm gonna try installing an older version of windows 10. What version of windows are you running on your Biostar board?
