Asus m5a78l-m plus can support windows 10 pro if yes then how can I update the chipset driver

Is this the board you're working with? If yes, you're going to have to make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Given how all the drivers are meant for Windows 7 and below, you either install the OS onto your platform without any need for driver installation(it'll find what it needs from the www) and be done with it or you can manually install the drivers in compatibility mode, i.e, Right click installer>Compatibility Tab>Windows 7{from drop down menu)
