This motherboard worked for several hours before progressively getting more and more unwilling to boot. Now it just starts & stops, starts & stops.
Spec list:
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
CPU: AMD FX-6300
MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 2x4gb
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200rpm
No gpu is inserted at the moment. Tested both of the RAM sticks in a different system and they ran perfectly fine.
I tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery, and still nothing. I sometimes can't even get into the BIOS without it shutting down and it can even refuse to POST. I've tried two power supplies, one EVGA 650W GQ, and one no-name 400w power supply. Both have similar issues. On the EVGA power supply it would *sometimes* manage to get into Windows however it would always suddenly reboot before it could even manage to load up fully.
I really hope this motherboard isn't caput!
