I have an Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 motherboard that has an onboard HDMI connection. I later installed an NVIDIA GEForce 710 graphics card and stopped using the onboard.
Recently I was given another 32" HDMI monitor and tried to connect it to the onboard but the monitor doesn't receive a signal. Asus tech support advised my to go to BIOS>Advanced> Onboard Configuration then IGPU to activate.
That option wasn't available. I verified that I had the latest BIOS. Below is what it shows:
-----
Onboard Devices Configuration
Serial Port Address [Enabled]
Parallel Port Address [378]
Parallel Port Mode [Normal]
Parallel Port IRQ [IRQ7]
HDAudio Controller [Enabled]
Front Panel Select [HD Audio]
Onboard LAN Controller [Enabed]
Onboard LAN Boot ROM [Disabled]
USB3.0 Controller [Enabled]

Asus tech support hasn't been helpful.
Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
