Hi, I've just build a new pc with the next components:
- AMD Fx-8320 processor
- PSU FSP raider 650w 80+
- Mobo Asus M5A97 evo 2.0
- GPU Sapphire r9 280x dual-x
- 2x4gb Kingston Hyperx Beast 1866
-Cooler master hyper 212 evo
-SSD 120gb samsung 840 evo
-HDD 500gb seagate

My problem is that the Boot device led of the mobo is turned on (only that led), and when I turn on the computer the display says there is No Signal (it's connected with HDMI to the GPU) and I haven't even reached the BIOS. I've tried clearing the CMOS, having just the A1 slot RAM and clearing CMOS again but it still doesn't work...
I hope you guys could help me with this problem because it's the first time I build my own PC and I don't know what else can I do.
Thank you very much.

Thank you i7Baby, about Tom's Checklist, I have re-build it again and I have added a standoff in an empty hole that I had forgotten and now the led's still turned on but when I turn the computer on it sounds also two beeps, the second one is a bit longer, but the red boot device led is still there. Everything else is well connected to the PSU.

I'm starting thinking it maybe the PSU, but it should work without OC...
Thank you very much

Finally I bought a dvi to VGA adapter, connected to the display and there it was... I was starting to think I would have to use the Mobo's warranty.
Thank you guys for your attention
