Hello,
I'm new to the toms hardware community so this is my first post.
As well, I'm new to modify my PC and I just build this one:
Mobo: ASUS M5A97
CPU: AMD FX-6350 6-Core 3.9GHz
RAM: 8GB 1300mhz (2 x 4GB)
HD: 1TB
SDD: 90GB
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 970 4GB
Cooling: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i
Here is the stress test i heard that would be unlikely to see that in the real world.

Also, I was checking this this thread:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/283351-29-asus-m5a97-overcloking
But, I would like to get a How to do it as a little kid. Since I'm new and I don't want to have any chances to screw my PC.
And, I would like to get the perfect setting to be stable, not even close to damage the pc and I will be multi tasking since I will be gaming with multiple windows while streaming.
I will appreciate the help a lot.
