Asus M5A97 Evo CPU red light & System crash

I built my system a year and half ago and it suddenly started shutting down/restarting by itself when playing games, watching videos and sometimes while just browsing. These days, it won't restart and the cpu led glows red and no post happens. If I try a few times it'll start. I'm not able to play any games cos of this random restarts. Here's my configuration:

MOBO: ASUS M5A97 EVO
CPU: AMD FX4100, 3.6GHz
CPU Cooler: Zalman cnps Performa
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB (4GBx2) (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD 6770
PSU Corsair Gaming Series 800W
Cabinet: NZXT Phantom
HDD: WDC WD10 EARX (1TB)
Optical: LG DVD R/W
Total cooling fans on cabinet - 5

There is no PSU problem as I got it checked by a technician. I would really like some help in solving this issue as I built this system to play games and I'm not able to. Please help!!!

I think it's either power related or heating.
Even if checked by a technician, I suggest borrowing a power supply and testing. The PSU might show correct voltages when idle, but fail under load.
Try also installing HWMonitor and checking the temperatures.
