Question asus m5a97 evo r2.0 corrupt BIOS?

Hi everyone, this is a nightmare,
Last week I was playing with my computer and it shut off, i checked the power source and it seemed like it broke, so i bought a new and better one...
But when i tried to boot Up, ok, the mother gets power but doesnt start, or its stuck on Asus screen, and i cant even get to the bios...

Tried everything, removing all hdd, swapping ram, clearing CMOS... But i can never get into the bios

FX 8320
New psu is corsair vs650 (i have had a tacens 650 for 5 years until last friday)
I have 2x4gb ram hyper x ...
Is it possible that the psu damaged the motherboard? Because it has no sense, I just unplugged the burnt one and installed this new



EDIT: Just plugged an old 7700 i had and it booted just right. Is it possible that the old psu damaged also the graphics card?
