ASUS M5A97 LE r2.0 acceptable for OC'ing an FX8350?

I have an FX 8350 on an ASUS M5A97 LE r2.0 motherboard, can I overclock it?
Motherboard has a weak chipset from what Ive heard, but will it manage?
Temps probably not a problem cuz of CoolerMaster Hyper T4 with 2 fans.
Will it give enough power?
Will it fry the Motherboard?
How far can I safely push it?
Also PSU not a problem either, 500w bronze and only running a 960.

Can't OC on that board at all , no heatsinks on the VRM.

Poor power phase and thermal design makes it a very poor choice for OC and a 125w CPU.

No. It will likely struggle to run that 125w cpu at stock settings and a tower cooler like the t4 is going to exacerbate the VRM overheating issues.

The chipset is fine, the VRMs are not.

But you could buy some aftermarket heatsinks for the VRMs, that might at least allow for a modest overclock.
