Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 + Fx 8320 + Windows 10 = PROBLEM

I have upgraded my mobo, cpu, and ram to the current parts on the spec list. I plug in everything in where it needs to go, turn on my computer, and monitor says no input.
Things I have tried:
- Got another monitor from my house, and same thing
- Ive replaced the new ram with old ram, doesnt work
- Put old R7 260x gpu on new mobo, doesnt work

I have tried every combination (I know I didnt list all of them) of parts on the new mobo and nothing is working, its all the same result, "No input".

I feel like it has something to do with the CPU, Mobo, and OS. I have no idea what to do. What do i need to update / return / exchange??

Edit: I have read stuff about a "BIOS Flashback" but it seems that my mobo doesnt support that, and that was my only hope

- Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
- Fx 8320
- Sapphire R9 280x
- GSkill Ares 16gb 1866
-Windows 10
- Rosewill 700w PSU

Hi, it won't be anything to do with windows 10. It sounds like a motherboard or power supply issue. Try using the onboard graphics or use a different power supply.

Im currently using the power supply, so I dont believe that is the issue. What about the mother board would cause this?

That is a very poor motherboard to pair with a 8320 , it has a poor power and thermal design.

No I'm saying that maybe the power supply isn't good enough to power the while system. Try maybe seeing if inboard graphics works.

Rosewill 700w PSU is more than enough for that setup.

Yes but im saying that maybe the PSU is faulty and cant power the system. Are you able to try a different PSU in your system?
