I am already aware of the various threads concerning these two motherboards. But, none of them have answered the question that i have in my mind. I have already got an Fx 6300, and in need of a motherboard. I am extremely low on budget and therefore cannot afford a 990x or fx chipset mobo. The only choice left for me now is a 970 chipset mobo. So which one of the two mobo should i get?

Some say that the Asus M5..LE has better build quality and can be used to OC to a mild degree. Others claim that since it does not have good support owing to the VRM, it is a bad choice over the gigabyte.
So, what is the bottom line then? Asus M5..LE > Gigabyte Ga...ds3p or the other way around? Both cost almost the same here in my country.

So the asus one should be better because it has a 4+ 2 phase count over the 4 + 1 on the gigabyte, since both don't have heatsinks right?
