Asus m5a97 r2.0 CPU_LED red

Hi,
i recently buy new pc components:
Asus m5a97 r2.0 CPU_LED red
AMD-FX 6300
and CPU_LED on motherboard lights red.

I tryed everything - bios is 2506 version
when i start pc i have black screen on my monitor.

what should i do ?

Hi, Make sure that the 8 pin power cable is connected to the motherboard. Does the CPU fan spin when starting the board?

okey i dont have 8 pin power cable connected to motherboard because i dont have it so i must go and buy it tomorrow

It has one 4-pin connector. You can use that one.
