ASUS M5A97 R2.0 fan xpert, need 2 + 678000rpm reading

I'm running on an AMD cpu with the M5A97 R2.0 board, and i cannot seem to find a single download for fan xpert 2 for my motherboard. I am using all 3pin connectors, and the minimum speed i can put my fan on 'fan xpert' is 40% lol?
I am on windows 7 64bit.
Is there a release for it somewhere? Because I cannot find it.

Also I am getting a fan reading of 675000-678000 on my chassis fan 3, and chassis fan 2 is bouncing all over the place, one second 1600rpm, next 88000, then next 330000. Any idea why?

sigh i just got them as two new fans tho -_- they run fine though as if normal

should i try different headers? i never used those headers before as i was running on 4pin molexc onnectors
