Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard, no display after installing new gpu

Hello guys, i have encounter the problem about display. my monitor have blank screen after bought a new video card.
i have checked from my laptop and my computer is show up at network tab and ping it with no problem but the only problem is my display have blank screen,

Monitor : asus VH168D
CPU : amd fx 8300
video card : rx460 gigabyte 4gb
motherboard : asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU : Corssair RM650

Things i have tried to solve this problem :
Clear CMOS, update BIOS to the newest version, reseating RAM and clean it, dvi-d to vga converter,hdmi to vga converter

Make sure that you have display cable joined only to your rx460.
Clean the golden contacts (golden fingers) on your videocard.
Try different PCIE slots.
