Question Asus m5a97 r2.0 not booting

Just bought a old asus m5a97 r2.0, it was working fine with the previous owner ,the only difference is the psu, he was using 650w and am using 450.
Config-
Mb-asus m5a97 r2.0
Cpu-amd fx 4300
GPU-zotac 730 4gb DDR3
Ram-2*4gb corsair vengeance DDR3
Psu-antec bp450w
Don't have a damn clue wtf should i do now
