ASUS M5A97 R2.0 vs M5A97 R2.0 LE?

Hi, I'm having trouble deciding between the two mobos. I will be pairing it with a fx 8320 and GTX 970. I know the LE lacks heatsinks on the VRM but I won't be overlocking, so is it still worth going for a non-LE? The LE version is $20-30 cheaper in Canada.

They are both using the same chipset 970. So if you're sure you're not overclocking, the LE will be ok.

easily? it depends on your case. You have to install the backplate to the back/underside of the mobo. If your case allows you to install without taking the mobo out then it will be easier. Once backplate is installed its quite easy.

Instead of either of the ASUS boards try either of these instead . Both have much better VRM's

AMD mounts are the same on all mb's . Attaching an aftermarket cooler will be the same no matter what board you choose
