ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 990FX mobo or MSI 990FXA-GD65V2 for FX-8350?

I am thinking between the M5A99FX PRO R2.0 or the 990FXA-GD65V2 for the FX-8350 8 Core Processor. Which one is best for this processor? Also with the MSI I am getting a free 8gb of RAM.

Regardless, I'd go with the Asus, better mobo in general, they also have far better QC and support
