ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 Vs MSI 990fxa-GD80-V2 which one is better?

Hi guys, I am stuck trying to choose between these two motherboards they both look really good. If anyone could tell me which is better and why that would be really awesome, also i would like to know if they would fit in a corsair 300r carbide case.

I'd go w/ the Asus, won't touch MSI mobos due to poor QC
