Yet another person with this no post issue with this mobo. Everything powers up and the only red LED light I got was the boot device, but upon reading the manual I fixed that problem, but now all I get is a blank screen. This is a refurbished board, so I'm guessing it was perhaps already flashed to the new version. RAM is in the right slot, CPU light doesn't come on, nor do I get any prolonged beeps from the speaker. I thought this was going to be an easy and straight forward upgrade. The mobo supports all the components I have and it was the only thing I upgraded. Everything worked just fine with my Gigabyte 78LMT USB3. I needed expandability. Can someone help?

Asus M5A99FX
AMD FX4130 with stock heatsink and fan
HyperX DDR3 1333 4gb stick
Visiontek 7970 2gb Gigahertz Edition
Cool Master 500w power supply
Seagate SATA 7200 rpm HD.
Asus DVD burner

getochkn, I'll try that when I get home.

Eduello, well, it was the first thing I was going to do once I installed everything, but how can I do that without an image on the screen?

Can't even get to the BIOS. This board offers a feature which you press and hold a small button near the front panel connectors on the mobo, it shuts your system down and once you press it again immediately after that it boots straight into the BIOS, BUT my problem is I get no screen at all.

The power supply I used worked for the previous mobo which i mentioned, and I didn't upgrade anything else but the board. Would I really need something with more wattage?

So I cleared the CMOS like the manual instructed and IT am now getting a boot error light, one Beep from the speaker which indicates VGA Detected, quick boot set to disabled and No Keyboard detected which i do have one plugged in. Still a blank screen.
