Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard driver updates

Hey guys. Just built my first computer and am looking to update my drivers but when I go to the asus website to download the updated drivers it's kind of intimidating. Here's a link to my mobo drivers' list:

What drivers do I actually need to update cause I feel lik 42 is a bit excessive and I just want to be on the safe side.

You don't technically need any of the Utilities, it will help you in some way but not necessary.

If you're using Win 8.1 64 bits.
Update the BIOS to the latest version. There is only one latest version.
That's all you need from ASUS apparently.

LAN and Audio from Realtek directly, for the latest version.
