Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 Second PCIe slot video display issue

My specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: AMD FX 8350
PSU: Corsair GS700w
GPU(primary): MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB
GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti
Mobo: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0

I'm trying to dual screen using two different graphics cards but the second card, the Geforce GTX 550 Ti, is not displaying yet the fans are being powered. I have my primary card plugged into the PCIe slot single@ x16 mode and the GTX card plugged into the dual@ x8/x8 PCIe slot.
The issue is that my GTX is not streaming video to my second monitor. How do I fix this?

Note: The GTX 550 TI does not show up in device manager

Why don't you connect the second monitor to the 390?

My other 2 monitors uses a DVI-I cable instead of a DVI -D cable Like my Main monitor does.

A DVI-D cable does work with DVI-I connector.

It doesn't matter. Connect a DVI-D cable to the DVI-I port on the monitor and the DVI-D connector on the card.

I suggest taking the DVI-D cable you're using to connect the main monitor and test it on one of the other 2 monitors that use DVI-I.

The DVI port on my 390 graphics card doesnt have the 4 analog pins holes.

It doesn't matter. Those are used for analog signal.
