Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 stopped working with CPU_LED

Hi all,

i have a problem.
I've been running my computer for a year and then it suddently stopped working.
It halts on boot and the CPU_LED is red...

Can it be the cpu thats been burned??

It's very, very, very, very rare a CPU dies I would be looking at the motherboard or bent pins.

I have another cpu.. i will try it today and see if it solves the problem. if not.. will try a new mobo.
