asus m97 2.0 green light no beeps no fans spinning

just finished building my rig and i tired to turn it on but all i get is a green light on the motherboard.i spent the past 9 hours searching online and trying to fix it and i give up.i get o signal on the display and no beeps on the speaker.i have tried to adjust the ram and that did nothing .some one please help before i throw my rig out my window out of pure rage
my specs are
amd fx 6300
raedon r7 360
2 sticks of 4 gb ram
600 watt evea bronze power supply

Did you reset BIOS ? 4/8 pin on MB connected ? Power to GPU connected ? Front panel controls connected right ?
If it's inside the case, take it out and connect everything like that.
Which MB, do you have manual for it.

it is a asus m97 2.0and yes i do have a maual for it i read it a number of times.. i checked everything and it was all connected (btw its my first time building a pc)

Reset the CMOS (BIOS) first.

i reset the cmos but it still does the same thing im really confused on whats going on with my pc

Can you show your pc MB how looks in real I think that you missed mATX connection near CPU 4-pin connector. And take out battery from MB then disconnect 220V wire from PSU, and click 5 fast on turn on switch and then 5 fast on restart < this trick make that your pc uses electricity left in capicators, and put back battery and then plug back 220V wire to pc and wait for 5 seconds, and turn it on.
