Doubt it. Nvidia and ATI don't usually release dual GPU cards at launch. GTX 380 or what not need to be twice as fast as GTX 285 to beat this card.

I believe the correct term is QFHD, not 2160p, and the monitors need four cable connections to display that resolution.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't one 8800 easily beat two 7900 cards in SLI? I know its not exactly the same as a dual GPU board, but the principal is the same.

While it may be impressive I can't see anyone logically spending so much to get such performance. It sure isn't going to be cheap and lets face it at this time any large investments in GPU's will be in vain with DX11 in the not so distant future.

you aren't completely right, but you aren't wrong either.

2160p is the resolution in progressive scan. QFHD gives the same information that 2160p does.

It's like saying FULL HD or just 1080p. they're both the samething

Thats a dumb question.... if it can play Farcry2 at that rez I'm sure it can play Crysis.

I would agree with others saying that it is better to wait rather than shell out a bunch of cash now on an extreme gpu. With the smaller die coming out not too long from now, we should see a little bit better overclockability and energy efficiency. Not to mention DX11...

But whatever. If you have the money to buy now and later, i guess you can afford this beast. I kind of think the timing of this gpu is a little late though...

I believe 7950 GX2 easily beats any 8000 series cards until the G92 core 8000/9000 cards.

Have a sense of humor, any card can run Crysis if you run it at 320*240.

I would suggest holding off on expensive video cards until DX11 cards are out. And its just around the corner
