Asus Max. Hero VII; A2 error. How to solve?

Hello,
Last week, I experienced 2 times that my motherboard had a slow bios time(~15 sec). Now it doesn't start anyway. The display shows A2, and the bootloader led is turned on. I know it is searching for boot devices then, but I don't know why! I can't access the bios or something similar. It hangs on the logo. I built the pc in december, so I don't know why it does so all out of a sudden. And no I didn't do a BIOS update or something else. Who can help me?

I already tried booting without the drives connected, but I will try again now

Did you install Windows with only the OS drive connected? If not when you get into Windows, delete the 100mb system reserve partition from the non OS drive.

I can't even het in the BIOS. And about Windows, I'm dual booting with os x. As OS X is the main os, i don't think it's Windows related. I will try BIOS reset now.
